Tlou Bed & Mattress is a wholly owned black mattress manufacturer, located in Johannesburg, South Africa. It is a little known fact that there are a number of black manufacturers in Southern Africa, producing high quality mattresses, beds and allied products. Historically this was the domain of the previously advantaged, and the perception exists that this exclusive group is still solely responsible for all mattress manufacturing. Tlou Bed Manufacturers seeks to correct this perception through its offerings of high quality mattresses to the public, as well as to corporate clients.

Tlou Bed Manufacturers have received extensive training, and are qualified in the production and administration of mattress production. Our systems are modern, our quality is really good, and our prices are reasonable. Through our network of factories we are able to manufacture and deliver a range of approximately 650 different types of mattresses, including pocket spring, bonnell spring, multi-layered foam and memory foam. Our group manufacturers for a wide number of corporate, including mining houses such as de Beers. We have the capability of producing out-size beds, no-turn beds, as well as beds to specification.
